All bedrooms are on the first floor (up 18 standard stairs) and are double or twin with ensuite or private bathrooms. We regret the B & B is not wheelchair accessible.
PRICES
From £70 to £85 per room per night to include breakfast;
Single occupancy from £50 to £65 per room per night to include breakfast
Reductions may be made for stays of 3 days or more outside peak periods.
Please note that during Bank Holidays and throughout July and August, a minimum booking of two nights is required. There will be no single occupancy reductions during Broadstairs Folk Week or Bank Holiday weekends

DEPOSIT
The cost of 1 night’s stay, payable on booking* by cheque made payable to "number 68" and posted to the address above. Please note we are unable to accept credit card payments.
*If a deposit is not received within 5 working days from booking, the room will be re-instated on the website as available to other guests.
CANCELLATIONS
If a reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before arrival 50% of the deposit will be forfeited to cover administration costs. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of your stay, or if you fail to arrive, the deposit is non-refundable. If more than one night has been booked you will be liable for remaining costs, less any days that we successfully re-let.
